Numu-LiTe: Enabling Grassroots Change

One day to ignite. Three months to grow. A lifetime of impact

Numu-LiTe is a pro bono, activity-based programme for students who want to build adaptability, leadership, and community impact—through small, practical experiments that fit easily around academic life.

It’s not another extracurricular activity — it’s a movement to make learning real, relevant, and rooted in local change

What You’ll Do

  • A full day of hands-on, high-energy learning where you practice:

    • Agile & Systems thinking

    • Collaboration Techniques

    • Solving Complex Problems

    • Empathy-led leadership

No slides. No lectures. Pure experience.

  • Over the next 3 months, you and your team will choose one zero-investment community challenge and run a small experiment to improve it.

    Examples include:

    • Listening corners

    • Digital inclusion support

    • 10-minute weekly improvement routines

    • Mental-health peer circles

    • Waste-to-value ideas

Small steps → real learning → real impact.

  • Light-touch check-ins where you share progress, get coaching, and learn with peers.

  • Join a cross-university community of students from across the region.
Share insights, learn from others, and be recognised for your impact.
