At ChangeCraft, we believe agility isn’t just for boardrooms and enterprises — it belongs in the hands of young people shaping tomorrow. That’s why we’ve partnered with Peace Through Prosperity (PTP) to launch Enabling Grassroots Change initiative starting in Africa, a pan-African community of young leaders, change agents, and community builders.
Why We Started This Initiative
Africa’s greatest wealth is its youth. Across the continent, young people are rising with energy, ideas, and determination. But too often, they lack the networks, tools, and support structures to amplify their impact.
Through Enabling Grassroots Change Africa, we’re creating a platform where young leaders can:
Connect across borders to share experiences and inspire each other.
Build practical skills in agility, leadership, and systems thinking.
Collaborate on community challenges to design solutions that uplift society collectively.
